This international Roman Catholic voluntary organization is dedicated to the service of those in need.
Responsibilities - St. Bernadette St. Vincent de Paul ministry consists of Catholic stewards who dedicate their time, energy and experience to help manage a crisis by providing one-time help. Good stewards are trained to handle cases be assessing the situation and determining the appropriate type and level of assistance
Helpful Attributes - A keen awareness and understanding of the varied problems individuals and families encounter.
Time Commitment - SVDP meetings are schedule on the last Monday of the month. SVDP teams usually serve to one week per month by answering hotline calls and visiting with clients.
Training Required - Parish training is provided.
