To assist the staff at Parkway Elementary School in providing engaging literacy experiences to at-risk elementary school children in our community. This ministry exists to provide the opportunity for members of our parish to share in the educational, spiritual and social growth of the youngest and most impressionable members of our community.

With the assistance of quality children's literature and reliable instructional methods, our ministers play an integral part in builidng the foundations our children need to succeed in school, and to become avid readers and writers.  Our ministers draw inspiration from the incomparable teacher, Jesus and accept his proclamation that we are the light of the world. We are determined to let our lights shine for all, particularly for the at-risk elementary students in our community.
